Return and Refund Conditions
Customer shall bear the responsability of shipping the returned item(s), free to choose the carrier of her/his/their choice to send her/his/their return parcel at her/his/their own expense.
All products must be returned:
In their original packaging;
Without damage, unworn and unwashed, and complete with tags and any related accessories or instruction booklets;
Together with the filled out return slip or withdrawal form.
We reserve the right to refuse your parcel and cancel reimbursement should one of the condition of our return policy not be fulfilled.
Return procedure
1. Please log in to your customer account.
2. Go to “My Orders”. Click on “create an RMA” for the corresponding order.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason(s) for return. Click on generate an RMA.
4. Your return request will be confirmed by email within 24 hours. You will then be able to print and fill out the return slip from your “Return History”.
5. Goods have to be returned in their original blister bag bearing original tags and with the filled return slip to the following address:
According to ART. 11 of Our , we would like to remind you that the return costs are at your expense. Furthermore, we recommend you to ship your return with a tracking number to make sure that your parcel is duly delivered.
Right of withdrawal
Customers have 15 clear days upon receipt of their order to exercise their right to withdrawal without giving a reason therefor or incurring a penalty.

The return must be shipped back within 15 clear days following the withdrawal day. The return cost remain at the customer’s expense.
Refund Methods
We will proceed to the refund of the returned items to the means of payment used for the purchase or by coupon (according to your request on the return slip). Your refund will be processed within 14 days maximum upon receipt of your returned parcel in our logistic center.
This processing deadline might be extended if severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control occurred.
